This machine is used for producing not only the traditional laminated glass made through pre-heating, pre-pressing and autoclave, but also the laminated glass with interlayer materials in, such as, paper, silk, color cloth, metal basketwork, and PET film and so on.

The EVA film is placed at both sides of the interlayermaterials, and the two glass sheets and the interlayer materials will be glued together firmly to form the insulated glass by heating and vacuuming. According to different interlayer materials, the insulated glass is used in different fields.

This machine can also produce multi-functional laminated glass, such as, soundproof, heatproof, and bulletproof glass. It is a new multi-functional device for decorative materials.
